Friends: We are so excited to announce our inaugural travel and tour season Roots & Reflection: History & Culture Experience. In 2022, we will be featuring three West African countries – Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire (also known as Ivory Coast), and Senegal!
Over the past 5 years, our founder has been visiting these countries bringing small and large groups to experience the beauty of Africa by learning history; seeing contemporary life; tasting traditional and fusion cuisine; dancing and vibing to afrobeats, drums, live music; visiting museums and historical sites; and experiencing natural beauty from waterfalls to some of the best beaches in all of the continent. And along the way, we’ve met great people and partners – small business owners, young entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, NGO and community leaders. Our founder even found LOVE!
The motto of Travel Deeper Inc. is Reflect, Return and Restore. It is our distinct pleasure to invite you to travel deeper with us. Our mission is to support Black entrepreneurs in the US and on the continent and to connect our shared issues across the African diaspora. We accomplish this in part through curated travel experiences to West Africa. This season, we we will be partnering with expert and certified African owned and operated tour operators, Explore Ghana Tours and Experience Motherland Travel Tours and a range of independent community and business folks.
